Placing Orders:
Order may be placed via phone, fax, email, or online at sigmedsupply.com. Our normal operating business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time. If you call during non-business hours, please leave a message and one of our customer service representatives will return your call as soon as possible.

Delivery and Shipping Policy:
Normal orders will be shipped by UPS ground with a $8.50 flat shipping rate for shipping and handling fee. Any expedited shipping (Next-day, Two-day, Three-day) will be charged at actual-weight shipping cost. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico order will be shipped by Priority Mail. Actual weight cost plus a handling fee will be charged. All orders received by 3:30 pm will be shipped on the same day.  Minimum Order Policy Minimum order is $35.00 per order. For net purchase amount of $35.00 or less, there will be extra $5.00 handling fee plus normal shipping charge.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal check, business check, or money order in US funds. Any NSF check will be subjected to $20.00 penalty charge.

  - New Customer Payments must be accompanied with the order or paid by UPS’s C.O.D with additional $9.00 UPS handling charge.

  - For Delinquent Account Delinquent account will be subject to a 1.5% service charge per month. No order will be shipped if account is delinquent.


No Risk Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund with prior approval by phone, please call for return authorization. Returns must be unused, unmarked, undamaged, and in original package with seals intact. Ship freight for the returns must be prepaid and insured by the purchaser. Acceptance of returns over 30 days and unauthorized returns are not allowed by our company and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty
Our warranty for all durable products is 90 days from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from mishandling, dropping, or alterations. Please return damaged of detective items securely packaged.
