Individual health providers and practices who have separate privacy notices or Notice of Privacy Practices.


Signature Medical Supply affiliates and subsidiaries that may have separate websites, subdomains, and applications through other web, mobile, cloud or SaaS platforms which are not subject to this Privacy Notice.

Session cookies allow us to remember your shopping cart selections as you navigate through our website and will expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies are used to remember you within the website and remain on your device after you close your browser or restart your computer. This website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

Any sensitive personal information, like drug names, is transmitted in an encrypted form using SSL encryption. Even though we have security safeguards, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security. Seals, buttons and Content from Other Companies

Our website may include seals, buttons and content links to other companies (for example, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram). These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. When you use a link to go from www.sigmedsupply.com to another website, our Privacy Notice is no longer in effect. We encourage you to read the privacy notice of each website. 

Cross Border Transfers

Signature Medical Supply may, subject to applicable law, transfer your information outside the country where you are located and to where information protection standards differ. We will utilize appropriate safeguards governing the transfer and usage of your personal information. For example, transfers from Europe to the United States will be based on standard data protection clauses/standard contractual clauses in line with the templates adopted by the European Commission, or by other legal means.

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA")

As a key provider of services and technology to the healthcare industry, Signature Medical Supply has implemented programs to address the privacy and security that HIPAA requirements require. Under HIPAA, each Covered Entity (healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse) is required to provide or make available to you a Notice of Privacy Practices (NoPP), depending on your interaction with the Covered Entity. To the extent a McKesson affiliate and subsidiary is a Covered  Entity, a NoPP will be provided to you or made available to you. The NoPP is not related to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.  

Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Updates may describe new features, products or services.  Updates may also describe changes in how we use your personal information or to your controls. We will not apply changes to this Privacy Notice retroactively to personal information we have previously collected. Since we may make changes, we recommend that you read the current version of this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we change this notice, we will update the “Effective Date” at the beginning of this notice.
